☀️Have you been more active now that the days are longer and warmer?
👍I sure have!
And that means I've been walking with the girls on the Pocono hills and will go hiking with two friends this Saturday.
That means wearing shoes longer and dealing with that can literally be a pain until I take the shoe off the offending foot for five minutes.
Nevertheless, that will not deter me as I created a foot & leg workout that helps to increase foot & leg mobility.
➡️And . . . I want to share it with you for FREE.

Why Your Feet & Legs Matter
Our feet are the foundation for our bodies. After all, we stand on them.
If you've been sedentary for an hour or more you might feel stiff when you get up from the sofa.
That's how I feel when I've been at my computer for too long.
Your legs might also get stiff.
That's why adding movement matters specifically for your feet and legs.
➡️I created a foot and leg workout with focused stretching for your feet, calf muscles, and hamstrings.
This workout is for all levels because you can adjust it to fit your needs.
If you are at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level it's still important for you to do.
➡️I work with you to improve your toe mobility. We all have our toes locked in our shoes too often. This restricts our feet and makes our toes immobile. Our toes can even become deformed and twisted over time.
➡️Let's change this with toe and foot exercises.
➡️I included exercises for your legs and calves to release the tightness you may be experiencing.
➡️Even if you're aging (as I am) you can do your best to do these (and other) exercises and age well.

This is not so much to help you lose weight (although that's a nice thought) but to be your healthiest self so you can serve God.

Upcoming Changes
I have been doing yard and garage cleanup after the winter and starting to pack for upcoming changes.
➡️I spend 7 months in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and 5 months in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
➡️From May through the end of September each year, I watch 3 of my grandkids, Monday through Friday while their parents work.
➡️Starting next week and through the end of September, this newsletter will be sent once a week. Some weeks it might not happen.
